WONDER WOMAN: MODEL KIT - 1965
released by Aurora Plastics Corp., item #479

This model kit was part of a line of super-hero kits that also included Batman, Superman, Robin, Superboy, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Captain Action. This was a glue-together-and-paint style of kit that depicted Wonder Woman in combat with a giant octopus! Although the other kits were reissued by Aurora in 1974 as part of the Comics Scenes line (and some in the 1990s by Monogram Models), neither Wonder Woman nor Captain Action were rereleased, making the heroine's first model kit a rare collectible.
There is a solid plastic resin reproduction kit available through Monsters in Motion for $80.00.
There is another resin reproduction kit (or is it the same one?) available from RetroResin for $75.00.

Box measurements are 13" tall by 5" wide, kit is 1/12 scale
Kit made of hard plastic polystyrene, paint not included
.98 cents, released 1965
